The Youths for New Nigeria, a foremost youth movement with structured across the 36 states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja is set to host her second anniversary and national convention for the year 2020.
The event is themed, The Light Bearers and billed to be wrapped at the State of The Promise Land, Uyo, Akwa Ibom.
Speaking at the unveiling of the anniversary logo at the National Headquarters in Lagos, the National Coordinator, Comrade Sunday Obanubi said with excitement, “it is with great joy and gladness we unveil the 2nd Anniversary and National Convention logo to all our members worldwide and to the general public. We are resolute on our desire for a new Nigeria and while we’re inspiring millions of Nigerian youths to be Change Makers, we want to now bare the lights to various corners of our nation to bring forth clarity, beauty, excellence and the rich splendour of Nigeria”, he said.
Comrade Sunday Obanubi said on why the choice of Uyo, Akwa Ibom for the Convention, he responded stating that YNN is a national organization and amongst others wants to see that Nigerians see the beauty of the various ethnic groups and places so we can value and appreciate our country better.
The Chairman of the Convention Planning Committee who also doubles as the South South Regional Coordinator, Prince Otu Arikpo, says all participants are ensured of a wonderful and memorable experience during the Convention as series of events have been lined up for our learning, networking, relaxation and improvement as nation builders.
A lot of benefits have been prepared for all that will attend the convention.
